Did you know the roof of our office in Antwerp looks like this?
Last Friday on May 23rd, our colleague Maria Cànoves presented our (labo) green roof to the attendees of the Thomas More masterclass called environmental architecture: designing with a green and nature-driven mindset.
This green roof allows us to experiment with different types of plants and elements (like nesting boxes for birds…) helping us identify challenges and determine the most effective solutions to implement in our projects. Our goal is to support biodiversity, improve water buffering, and contribute to the fight against climate change.
