Beyond our pride in the design and proposal, we are delighted to contribute to an extremely important topic that is becoming more and more common – durable buildings and less harmful construction methods.
This project replaces 33 social housing units with long-lasting, future-ready homes. To meet environmental standards, we utilize prefabricated timber frames, bio-based materials, dry construction techniques, and a limited number of housing types to ensure efficiency and sustainability. Additionally, we are thrilled that this project has received funding from Wonen in Vlaanderen, a significant step in realizing its full environmental potential.
